SPA For The Soul is SPIRITUAL PATH AWAKENING for the Soul!

These are a series of workshops I have created through play and inspiration to bring the tools I love to others and a platform for healing in a playdate sort of way! The names are "adapted" for the audience and the mix of information will suit the needs of the audience. Here are just a few of them.

Intuitive Transformational Body Work can be scheduled in an Individual sessions of one  hour and a half intervals. The fee is $135 plus travel expenses, unless done as a phone session.

ENERGY BALANCING:

 Famously known as "I AM MY OWN VIBRATOR!" This event will be stuffed full of helpful and EASY exercises to balance you energy filled and show you how to get your bodies in balance and work for you at optimal levels. These techniques are great for depression, boosting immune system, ADD, migraines, lethargia, insomnia, colds, anger, and numerous other things.

I will also demonstrate a variety of Energy Practices based on the group needs and direction.

Dancing The Elements:

Learn to bring the natural Elements of the body into harmony and ease. Using breath work, guided imagery, movement and the natual tendancies of our unique selves, we can learn to increase our cellular vibration and our positive life force using our true nature. This guided imagery and interpretive movement has raving fans all over the country! More to come of this soon!

We will visit each Chakra (Energy Centers of the body) and recognize the effects music and movement have on balancing, energizing, relaxing, and awakening.  Each Chakra represents a certain organ, emotion, need, connection, color, body system, and much more. We will CELEBRATE the instrument of our body through song, vibrational instrumentation and DANCE!!

The Inner Child Game:

We will be utilizing the Transformation Game in a small group setting with the intention to Listen and Connect with our Inner Child. We will walk a symbolic path and discover new and amazing gifts within that need to be recognized as well as clear some limiting beliefs or patterns that may hold you back.

Our Inner Children have much to share with us. Healing can be fun, playful and just like life....Its a game, come and play!
