2. Gratitude! Instant revitalization plan, no matter where you are at!
********************************
I could continue beating myself up and procrastinating even more about missing the mark last month on the newsletter, and still be right where I am at the moment….trying to determine what to write.
So when I get overwhelmed, stuck or just plain frazzled….the best medicine is to work with GRATITUDE! It’s the instant pick-me-up and certainly does more for your vibration and peace of mind than self criticism.
So here I am GRATEFUL! Grateful to have you on my mailing list!
I am grateful the reason I missed the mark was because of wonderful opportunities! I traveled to Cape Cod to do a series of workshops and private sessions, came back
to IL and moved into my new magic penthouse (LOVING IT!) , then to the UU Women’s Connection Spring Retreat in Pilgrims Park, where I was the keynote to a fabulous group of powerful women and their radiant Spirits! Next up, a road trip to help a friend move to Ohio. I was the moving truck driver since I have gotten lots of experience in driving moving trucks over the last three years. The tail end of June brought an incredible Oneness Blessings Training weekend, and just recently I am back from Houston where I was so blessed to share energy healing work to friends, clients and a few new faces (and bodies) too.
Next up is a few days of private sessions in the Phoenix area and onto a retreat in Sedona. Then to Michigan for a couple of different events. WHEW! My suitcase is quivering.
I am so grateful to do what I do, which is help others connect with their Divine Potential, find the missing “peace” to their puzzle and share my intuitive abilities
through spiritual coaching, body massage, and energy reading & healing.
I am so grateful for all of the fabulous people I have encountered along the way as friends, clients, soul family and a network of Lightworkers who readily share their work on the planet at this time.
This Gratitude game is so much more rewarding and a great reminder of all that is right and well in life. Certainly feels better than the procrastination game I decided to struggle with all morning while chastising myself for all that I needed to, should do, and didn’t, AUGH!
I am grateful I turned it around and hope this inspires you to share Gratitude with yourself first and foremost. In the event that it just so happens to inspire others…well think of the bonus!
Now that is revitalizing!
