I am offering a free teleconference call every month. The topic and format will be based on the group. I tune into the energy of the group and allow my guidance to lead the way. There will be any combination of Energy reading and coaching, Energy transformation tips and tools, meditation and healing intention.
Please have water to drink, pen and paper to write, which is optional.

I just returned from Phoenix, AZ for some intensive training. The AVANA Method is the main modality I use in my private practice. This past week has opened new doors, enhanced my work and assisted me in creating the platform and foundation I will continue to work with. I feel this work is the way to help people with what I do best….ASSIST YOU IN BEING YOUR OWN VIBRATOR by raising your frequency and shifting limiting beliefs and energy patterns.
I work with your Soul’s energy and through that explore the energy you may be
experiencing that no longer serves you. There continues to be miracles and profound revelations. This work is simple and gentle. I work via phone or in person. Balance is the key. This is the goal of the session, to create balance within your metaphysical self.
I am offering a limited time session package at a special fee.
The package is of 3 sessions, 3 weeks apart.
The first session is hour and half, the following two are one hour each.
After to first 3 sessions you can continue as needed or if another issue you may want to work with arises.
REGULAR PRICED: $260 (3 sessions)
I am offering $50 off the package of 3 now until April 15th.
This is for all Energy Balancing/ AVANA sessions/ Energy Coaching.
Does not include Massage Therapy.

I am thrilled to announce I have been asked to be keynote speaker for the UUWC Women’s Spring Retreat in Illinois. The location for the retreat is at Pilgrims Park in Princeton, IL. I LAY THESE BURDENS DOWN

I say it’s okay to lay down the burdens of anxiety.
Whether it be mine or yours, the
Earths or that of society.
I lay these burdens down of fear
And chaos or turmoiled emotions
I lay these burdens down and choose
To release guilt, shame, and fearful notions.
I lay these burdens down and surrender
To who I know.
I surrender all these burdens and choose
To go with the flow
I give my body permission to choose
I can say No and free my heart
I lay the burdens down that trigger the
Victim and wounded part
I lay these burdens down
My gifts are plenty and pure
I lay them down and trust I am safe
Divine Spirit is holding me I’m sure.
I lay down the burdens of time, to-do’s
And don’t know how’s but must.
I lay these burdens down to the ifs, ands,
Whys and buts~
I free myself and reveal my backbone
To the strengths and flow of life
This vessel of divine energy that is
My Divine Birthright
I choose to spend no more time in fret,
Confusion, blocked, or torn
Today I lift the veil of darkness
